Ingestion, Attribution and AI All Inside Apache Doris

Measuring the true impact of fragmented digital touchpoints requires bridging the gap between disconnected systems and final business outcomes. We present a unified multi-tenant platform built on Apache Doris that consolidates diverse external and operational data streams into a single analytical engine. The architecture seamlessly unifies complex entity records across fragmented channels and traces downstream outcomes back to their origins without relying on external data pipelines. Building on this robust analytics foundation, the platform integrates AI-derived signals—such as interaction sentiment, event quality, and AI-assistant visibility scores—directly into the warehouse. It further extends traditional reporting by utilizing stored vectors and language model outputs to evaluate search performance, surface content gaps, and orchestrate automated decision workflows. We share practical design decisions for operating this end-to-end pipeline in production, highlighting how unifying data operations and machine learning insights within one system reshapes customer-facing dashboards.
